religion is a touchy subject and should only be touched with a nine foot poll, and if it is touched it should only be with a joke or comment regarding doing
the right thing.
Reflection:
I learned many things. One thing that I learned was about how many cultures have many similar beliefs but very different customs. Another thing that I
learned was that there are a lot of different beliefs that could span the distance from one town to the next. Another thing that I learned was that religion
spread through many different ways.
I chose this topic because of the "Reel Bad Arabs" videos that we watched in class. I started to wonder, are all religions bad mouthed on Television. It
turns out that most are talked about to get a laugh or to incite stereotypes.
I feel like my final product turned out pretty good. It could have come out better, but it was difficult finding quotes about religion from Television in America.
